Choosing the Best Cooking Oil For Health

Selecting an ideal cooking oil is key to healthy eating, yet can often be confusing. There is an array of flavored and healthful oils on offer which may cause further confusion.

Each oil contains different proportions of monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and saturated fatty acids which determine its behavior when heated as well as possible side effects on health.
